Please read the following to understand how to manage campaigns in Tenjin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Campaign Search<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can filter your campaigns either by app, platform, or channel as shown below. You can use search with any string match for your campaign name in the &#8220;Refine by&#8221; field. In the example below, you will see any campaigns that has &#8220;US&#8221; in the campaign name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tenjin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image215.png?ssl=1\" alt=\"image.png\" class=\"wp-image-13100\" style=\"width:303px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/details><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Campaign Batch Upload<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Batch uploading campaigns from a CSV will save you time if you have a lot of campaigns to create. Just click on &#8220;Batch Upload&#8221;, select your channel, and upload the CSV with the correct headers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tenjin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image216.png?ssl=1\" alt=\"image.png\" class=\"wp-image-13101\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.2261934630385694;width:586px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The csv should contain the following headers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>campaign_name: Name of the campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>campaign_id: ID of the campaign (optional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bundle_id: Bundle ID of the app being promoted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>store_id: App Store ID of the app being promoted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>platform: Platform of the app being promoted (ios, android).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After your campaigns are created sucessfully, you will receive an email notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/details><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Campaign CSV Download<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also download a list of your campaigns by clicking on &#8220;Download Results as CSV&#8221;.
