Please follow the steps <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/business\/help\/617021863580582\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> to check your app\u2019s AEM eligibility. Please note that It may take a few days for your apps to become eligible, Meta needs to review the data that you enabled.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When AEM is ineligibile &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check  to make sure AEM Toggle is enabled on Tenjin side in step 6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check SDK version to make sure it&#8217;s above iOS v1.13+ \/ Unity v1.14+<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure Meta callbacks are active and you can receive events from Facebook Events Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you have multiple data sources for your events, please select Tenjin as the preferred data source<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color\" style=\"color:#055160;background-color:#cff4fc\">Please note sometimes it&#8217;s also possible to start iOS AEM campaigns even without sending a full set of event signals for eligibility, as Meta may still permit attribution based on available data at their discretion.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Measuring Android Meta campaigns using Android referrer method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color\" style=\"color:#664d03;background-color:#fff3cd\">Please ensure you complete this section to achieve more accurate measurement of your Android campaigns.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meta passes campaign metadata through Android referrer on the first app open, which can be used for attribution. More details are available in Meta&#8217;s official <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/docs\/app-ads\/install-referrer\/\">documentation<\/a>. In order to use referrer tracking, please follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Ensure you are using the latest Tenjin SDK and implement the <a href=\"\/tr\/docs\/android-sdk\/#android-advertising-id-aaid-and-install-referrer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Android referrer<\/a>. If Android referrer is implemented properly, you can see the green <strong>received<\/strong> mark in the app page. (NOTE \u2013 Please ensure to also update the manifest file in the SDK as mentioned <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/tenjin\/tenjin-android-sdk?tab=readme-ov-file#android-advertising-id-aaid-and-install-referrer\" target=\"_self\">here<\/a>.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tenjin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image30.png?ssl=1\" alt=\"image.png\" class=\"wp-image-13103\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Next, go to the Meta developer <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/\" target=\"_self\">page<\/a>, navigate to the App Settings -&gt; Basic, and scroll down to the Android section. (Note: this is not applicable to iOS 14.5+ campaign. For iOS 14.5+ campaign, please refer to the above section)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" style=\"margin-left: 2em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"586\" width=\"1024\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tenjin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image-47.png?resize=1024%2C586&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color\" style=\"color:#055160;background-color:#cff4fc\">At least one standard event (non-install one) is required before you can run AEO campaigns based on custom events.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to set up Value Optimization (VO) campaigns in Meta<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color\" style=\"color: #664d03; background-color: #fff3cd;\">Please run AEO campaigns first before start running VO campaigns. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/business\/help\/296463804090290?id=561906377587030\">These<\/a> are the requirements for being eligible for running VO campaigns.<br><br>\u2022 In-app purchase value: Has generated at least 15 attributed optimized click-through in-app purchases with values over the last 7 days.<br>\u2022 In-app ad impression value: Has generated at least 15 attributed click-through in-app ad impressions with at least 2 distinct values over the last 28 days.<br>\u2022 Currently ROAS target setting is available only for in-app purchase and ad impression for Android.<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the Tenjin Dashboard, CONFIGURE -&gt; APPS, and select your app to set up the callback to Meta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Callbacks<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Select Meta in the Channels and Partners drop-down.
