Responsibilities and terms of use #
You and your company are responsible for complying with all relevant data retention requirements and privacy laws. Tenjin does not store user level data older than 180 days and will only copy to Kho dữ liệu the retention period as agreed upon in the Tenjin User Agreement (default is 90 days). If you copy data from Kho dữ liệu or any other Tenjin service to another database or otherwise store it outside of Tenjin’s Kho dữ liệu, you and your company are solely responsible for deleting data to comply with all relevant retention and deletion requirements and all applicable privacy laws. By using Kho dữ liệu, you acknowledge that you understand your responsibilities and that you are waiving any legal claim against Tenjin regarding the data you transfer from Kho dữ liệu.
