TL;DR Tenjin will support view-through attribution for Meta campaigns with enabled AEM starting from October 27th.
Tenjin’s integration with Meta continues to improve. In close collaboration, we’re adding view-through attribution for Meta campaigns that are eligible for Aggregated Events Measurement (AEM). The rollout of the update will begin on October 27th.
What is Aggregated Events Measurement?
Meta’s Aggregated Events Measurement is a protocol that allows for measurement of web and app events from people using iOS 14.5+ and later devices. AEM provides near real-time reporting to help make optimization decisions quicker and also more granular reporting insights.
What do I need to do to enable view-through attribution for AEM campaigns?
To enable view-through attribution for AEM campaigns in Tenjin, make sure the Probabilistic Matching View-Through attribution window for your Meta channel is turned ON and set to 24 hours. This matches Meta’s default setting for AEM.
You can configure this by following our guide: Attribution Window Setup.
