Shorter Feedback Loops for Faster Learning
Data only helps when teams can access and interpret it quickly. If a team waits days for reports, attribution reconciliation, or revenue matched to campaign results, the loop slows down, and by the time the answer arrives, the campaign has already spent more, the cohort has already shifted, or the next decision has already been made without it.
Iteration works best as a tight cycle: measure, understand, change, test, repeat. That takes a connected view of acquisition, retention, monetization, and revenue. For example, a campaign with a low cost per install can still perform badly if its users churn fast or never generate revenue. So this means that creative performance is tied to what happens after the install, rather than being judged on install cost alone.
Early predictive LTV signals shorten that cycle further. Instead of waiting weeks to see whether a cohort turns profitable, teams can make an earlier read and adjust spend while the decision still matters. Batuhan does not believe iteration will remain a sufficient advantage forever.

When only a limited number of companies can prototype and optimize quickly, iteration is a differentiator. And, when every capable studio can do it, iteration becomes a minimum requirement.

That remains a powerful principle, but the modern environment around it is changing rapidly.
