Tenjin is an 官方 Meta MMP, enabling us to handle attribution for Facebook, Instagram and other Meta platforms.

- Click Callbacks tab.
- Select Meta in the Channels and Partners drop-down. Enter Meta App ID for your app, and click Save.

- Activate Meta Install callback.

Please follow the steps here to check your app’s AEM eligibility. Please note that It may take a few days for your apps to become eligible, Meta needs to review the data that you enabled.
当AEM不可用时 -

- 检查SDK版本,确保高于iOS v1.13+ /Unity v1.14+版本

Please note sometimes it’s also possible to start iOS AEM campaigns even without sending a full set of event signals for eligibility, as Meta may still permit attribution based on available data at their discretion.
使用 Android referrer 追踪 Meta Android campaigns #
Please ensure you complete this section to achieve more accurate measurement of your Android campaigns.
Meta passes campaign metadata through Android referrer on the first app open, which can be used for attribution. More details are available in Meta’s official 文档,如需使用referrer进行追踪,请参照以下步骤:
- Ensure you are using the latest Tenjin SDK and implement the Android referrer. If Android referrer is implemented properly, you can see the green received mark in the app page. ***(NOTE – Please ensure to also update the manifest file in the SDK as mentioned here)***

- Next, go to the Meta developer page, navigate to the App Settings -> Basic, and scroll down to the Android section. Copy the Install Referrer Decryption Key.

- 来到Tenjin面板的App 页面 , 点击 edit, 将上一步获取到的 key 粘贴到 Facebook referrer decryption key 。

- 转到CONFIGURE(配置) -> 应用程序(Apps) 页面,选择你的应用。
- Click Callbacks tab.
- Select Meta in the Channels and Partners drop-down. Enter Meta App ID for your app, and click Save.

- Activate Meta Install callback.

如何在Meta设置App Event Optimization(AEO) 广告活动 #
标准事件standard events买量 #
- 到Tenjin面板上CONFIGURE -> APPS, 选择需要配置的应用,添加所需的自定义事件回传。
- Click Callbacks tab.
- Select Meta in the Channels and Partners drop-down. Enter Meta App ID for your app, and click Save.

- Click ADD EVENTS and Select Meta standard custom event callback.
- Select the event you want to pass to Meta and map it to one of the Meta standard events. Please make sure you are already sending this event to Tenjin. Click Save.

- 当Tenjin收到客户端上报的事件后,会即时回传给到渠道。之后,你可以在Meta Event Manager 页面 查看所收到的事件统计。

- If you are setting up a campaign for iOS 14.5+, please set up SKAdnetwork configuration, by referring to our instructions here.
- 现在,你就可以在广告计划设置bidding strategy页面选择之前设置的标准事件用于广告优化了。

自定义事件买量 #
- 到Tenjin 面板上CONFIGURE -> APPS, 选择需要配置的应用,添加所需的自定义事件回调。
- Click Callbacks tab.
- Select Meta in the Channels and Partners drop-down. Enter Meta App ID for your app, and click Save.

- Click ADD EVENTS and Select Meta manual custom event callback.
- Select the event you want to pass to Meta and name the event you want to show in Meta Ads Manager. Please make sure you are already sending this event to Tenjin. Click Save.

- 当Tenjin收到客户端上报的事件后,会即时回传给到渠道。然后,您就可以在事件管理器页面看到该事件,如下所示(您可能需要根据右侧的事件类型进行筛选)。

At least one standard event (non-install one) is required before you can run AEO campaigns based on custom events.
如何在Meta中设置Value Optimization (VO)价值优化活动 #
Please run AEO campaigns first before start running VO campaigns. 这里 是参与VO活动的资格要求。
- In-app purchase value(应用内购价值):在过去7天内已产生至少15次有价值的归因优化点击是通过应用内购买。
- App内广告展示价值: 过去28天内已产生至少15次归因点击是应用内广告展示转化,且包含至少2个不同价值指标。
- Currently ROAS target setting is available only for in-app purchase and ad impression for Android.
- 进入Tenjin面板, CONFIGURE -> APPS, 然后选择你的App并设置Meta的回传.
- Click Callbacks tab.
- Select Meta in the Channels and Partners drop-down. Enter Meta App ID for your app, and click Save.

- 如果您优化的是in-App purchases(应用内购), 请打开Meta IAP Callback的开关

- 如果您优化的是in-App Ads revenue(广告展示收入), 请打开Meta Ad Revenue callback的开关

- This data will be sent to Meta for optimization. You can then see the event in the event manager page.

为什么 Meta 面板展示的安装量与Tenjin跟踪的安装量之间存在差异? #
请注意,Meta面板显示的安装量和我们从Meta接收的数据是基于不同的统计方法得出的。Meta可能会使用经过建模或汇总的数据,并采用不同的归因窗口。因此,报告的安装量与实际追踪的安装量之间出现差异是很常见的,通常在30%到40%之间。因此,这些数字可能不会完全一致,出现差异也是正常的。
(Privacy Threshold) In accordance with Meta’s privacy requirement, starting May 9, 2024, campaign reporting will not be provided when the count of unique users is below 100, or the count of ad impressions is below 1,000.
