What is Raw Data Export? #
Raw Data Export is a dashboard tool that allows marketers to download Tenjin raw event data for deeper analysis. Unlike Data Exporter, which provides aggregated metrics, Raw Data Export gives you access to user-level events in CSV format. You can also automate access of the Raw Data using our API, please find the detalis of our API here.
How do I use Raw Data Export? #
Go to the Raw Data Export page. From here, you can select datasets and export user-level events as CSV files.
- Select the date range along with the needed filters you want to download and hit “Request Export”.
Note: Each dataset can include a time range of up to 30 days.
- Your recent Data Exports will be populated in the section below. You can view the exports made by the user by clicking on “view” or get the latest file by clicking on “download”.
- Under the view tab, you can see the Export information by the user and all of their recent export files to download them individually.
